At Emmanuel we celebrate life with God through blended worship that encourages intergenerational and inter-cultural participation. We seek to engage the whole person in worship through the use of symbolism and creativity in many forms. This helps us sense and express our intimate relationship with God in ways that go beyond an intellectual knowing. Volunteers are engaged in planning and leading music in a variety of styles, writing and reading prayers and poetry, scripture reading, puppetry, drama, visual art and liturgical movement. We also observe communion on the first Sunday of the month, and baptisms several times a year.12
